Q: WHY ISN'T MY VAPORIZER WORKING?
A: Troubleshooting a vaporizer can be a tough process. Higher Leaf staff will always be willing to have a look and help you out, but a very common problem that new users experience is simply that they haven't turned on, or "unlocked", their vape battery yet. Most batteries in the vaporizer market use this on/off mechanism.
